Subject: [PATCH] sm6250-common: wifi: Enable QPower and Deep Sleep at the same
 time

* This enables Deep Sleep mode, additionally to QPower
* With this configuration, QPower manages the new Deep sleep mode
 -> Leads to amazing power savings
